m6 was established by Masoud Mahmoud, PE, LEED AP and Robert Woodward, PE, CBO, CASp, with a merger of their previous companies, m2 Strategic and MARK 4 Consulting (m2 + m4 = m6). In true engineering spirit, they assessed their combined strength, did the math, and formed m6, a company that is unique in its combination of municipal and higher education services, knowledge, and experience.

The creation of m6 merged the capabilities of both principals and their companies, representing a combined professional history of 45 years of expertise in technical review services and consultation to state, municipal, and higher education clients.
