m6 assisted with the expansion of the Santa Monica Community College by providing program management for its proposed Malibu Campus expansion. The project features a 25,000 square foot new satellite campus building, which includes a new County of Los Angeles Sheriff sub-station and regional communication facility. This is a multi-jurisdictional project which involves reviews and approvals by the City of Malibu, multiple departments of the County of Los Angeles, Division of the State Architect, State Fire Marshal, Coastal Commission, and others.
